The Long Road Home

‘How The Hell Did We Get Here?’ is a comprehensive timeline of the Iraq war for Nat Geo’s most expensive series to date, The Long Road Home. Incorporating complex animation, original voiceover, as well as archival and found footage, this high-budget piece ended up being the top-performing execution of the entire campaign garnering millions of views across Nat Geo channels.
